Our FitFuel coaches will lead you through a multidisciplinary approach to losing fat and building muscle to help you get ready to step on stage. We will guide you with a customized training and nutrition plan, and you’ll gain accountability and camaraderie with access to our Private FitFuel Bodybuilding Group on our app. Our coaches will help you through the entire process leading you all the way up to show day and beyond. We are a team of supportive and encouraging athletes who share a passion for developing an impressive physique and testing the body’s natural capabilities.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
Our competition prep package is a monthly subscription that includes an individual consult call, weekly email check-ins, customized macros and workouts, food log and progress tracking in the FitFuel app, supplement suggestions, a private chat group in our app, posing guidance, peak week plans, assistance with suit selection and show day instruction, post-show reverse diet plans, and 24/7 support!

Whether you’re perfecting your quarter turns, transitions, or presentation flow, we provide personalized coaching tailored to your division and level of experience. Work with coaches who know what it takes to compete at the highest level and stay current with the latest trends and judging criteria to ensure you’re stage-ready. Whether you’re stepping on stage for the first time or aiming for your pro card, you’ll get professional, division-specific posing instruction that sets you apart from the competition.
